Request prescription medication for your pet

Please use this form to request medication to be collected from the practice.

We are governed by extremely strict regulations and many drugs that we use require a recent clinical examination of the animal before they can be dispensed. The general policy of our practice is to re-assess an animal requiring repeat prescriptions every 6 months for on-going medications or 18 months for routine parasite treatments. Please note this may vary with each individual case.

PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 48 HOURS FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS TO BE PROCESSED AND DISPENSED.

    Prescriptions are available from this practice. You may obtain Prescription Only medicines, Category V, (POM- Vs) from your veterinary surgeon OR ask for a prescription and obtain these medicines from another veterinary surgeon or pharmacy. Our charge for a written prescription is £20.00. One prescription is required for each item.

    Our veterinary surgeon may prescribe POM-Vs only for animals under their care. We can dispense up to a maximum of 3 months supply for medication and up to 12 months supply for flea and parasite treatments.
